On average, a person will spend over 90,000 hours at work during their lifetime. When you’re spending this much time at a place, it’s important to enjoy the work you do and be challenged by your work. At Sasser, we value each of our team members and understand everyone has different skills and talents they bring to the table.
With that being said, the leadership team at Sasser Restoration goes to great lengths to ensure every member of the team feels valued, supported and challenged by the work they do. From recruiting the top talent in the industry to offering further training and education, as well as industry-leading benefits, the leadership team strives to make Sasser a place where people enjoy building their careers.
Zach Jones, a National Project Manager at Sasser Restoration, recently joined the team and is no stranger to taking steps to build his career.
He started off in the industry by working for his dad when he was younger. Since then, he has continued to learn the business, earn certifications (including his IICRC Water Restoration Technician Certification and Applied Structural Drying Certification), and work his way from the bottom up.
One of the things he is most proud of is the way that he has built his career from the most entry-level position to where he is now as a National Project Manager. He credits his experience at all levels of the business to his ability to lead and help develop others’ careers. “It helps put everything into perspective when you are in a manager type of role,” he said.
When Zach is not on the job bringing buildings back to life he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Sasser is always looking for driven, knowledgeable and motivated individuals to join the team at any of our offices from coast to coast. You can view our open positions and apply online at www.sasser247.com/join-our-team.
