At Sasser Restoration, our core values are a huge part of what makes Sasser a great place to work, and what inspires us to be the helpers in times of need. Our guiding light and daily focus on service, responsiveness, and quality set us apart from others within the restoration and construction industry.
With that being said, we are proud to recognize the recipients of our Q2 Core Values Awards. All of these team members have gone above and beyond to live out our core values and have made us all extremely proud to wear the Sasser name on our shirts.
Service Award – Michael Lott
The service award is given to someone who puts others ahead of oneself and always approaches the task at hand with compassion.
Michael serves as a project manager for Sasser Restoration-Central and displays an unwavering commitment to his clients. He is an invaluable asset to the Sasser team and constantly goes above and beyond the call to service.
Responsiveness Award – Parker Makowski
The responsiveness award is given to the person who always answers the call to go the extra mile whenever needed.
Parker currently serves as a Financial Analyst I and is committed to providing our team with resources and tools to strategically make improvements and serve our clients better. At Sasser, we understand that a little urgency can go a long way, especially when dealing with a disaster scenario. Parker constantly works with a sense of urgency and can be relied upon to deliver exceptional results on each and every project.
Quality Award – Jayme Sweeney
The quality award is given to the person who always conducts work in the highest of standards.
Jayme has been a part of the Sasser team for a little over a year and currently serves as a Project Accountant. She is detail-oriented, organized, disciplined and never settles for anything less than the best. Jayme pushes those around her to be better at what they do because of the high standard of work she does herself. She is a model of what it means to embrace Sasser’s core value of quality.
Founder’s Award – Jordan Bolch
The founder’s award is given to the person who exemplifies an unyielding dedication to the company at all times.
Jordan joined the Sasser Restoration team in June of 2022 and serves as our Director of Marketing and Communications. Through this role, she has been instrumental in creating Sasser’s brand, telling our mission of being the helpers in times of need and helping us reach the people in need of our services. We are proud to give Jordan the Founder’s Award for her unyielding dedication to Sasser each and every day.
