Meet Logan Corradi: Sasser’s Spring Finance Intern

At Sasser Restoration, we believe that student internships serve a valuable purpose for students navigating through their professional journeys. An internship can provide several experiences, the most important being that it provides hands-on experience in a real-world setting, allowing students and post-grads to apply their classroom knowledge to situations and gain insight into the experiences of their chosen field. Sasser values internships because they also allow students to develop essential skills, and network with industry professionals. At Sasser, we feel privileged to offer internship opportunities, as we know how strongly they play a role in shaping the future paths of students. We take pride in being able to provide a supportive environment where interns can grow and learn from industry professionals.

Sasser is very excited to have Logan Corradi, our finance intern, joining us for this spring semester. Corradi is a student at Waynesburg University, where he is studying Mathematics, minoring in Business Management, with a concentration in Data Analytics. He first heard of Sasser from connections through his university, mainly through Sasser’s Director of Finance, Wes Hershelman, who was a former professor of Corradi.  Corradi’s future career goals are to hopefully find a job in the data analysis field or one related to the subject, hoping to apply his mathematical abilities to a business setting for the betterment of a company.

Since joining the team in January, Corradi states that he has learned a lot thus far. “In working closely with the Finance department, I have learned a lot dealing with the visualization of data in order to allow more of the company to have access to key data points.” he said. “A lot of the work I have done has surrounded company expenses, and this has given me much more insight into the behind-the-scenes work of the Finance department.”

Corradi states that he chose to apply at Sasser, as he believes Sasser Restoration has a fantastic background and purpose. “A company that uses the abilities given to them to help those in need from disasters is something that I believe is incredibly important,” he states. He plans to expand his knowledge in a professional setting at Sasser and hopes to learn as much as he can throughout his time there.

We are incredibly excited to see Corradi thrive in his new role, and we hope to see him grow and succeed with his future career plans. If you are interested in pursuing a career at Sasser, visit our career page to join our team. If you are interested in an internship, stay tuned to our careers page!
