Meet Randy Bachick: Project Manager, Sasser Restoration- Central

Sasser Restoration is pleased to welcome Randy Bachick as a new project manager. Bachick joined the team in November of 2022 and has been serving as a project manager for Sasser Restoration’s central headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s construction projects, managing vendors and subcontractors, and monitoring quality control.

Bachick was born and raised in Texas and started out his professional life as a motorcycle technician and later went into a career selling roofs. It was during this time that he developed a deep knowledge of construction and a passion for helping others. Ultimately, this is what led him to the restoration industry.

“What I enjoy most about my job is taking customers from a disastrous situation and getting them back into their home like it never happened,” Bachick said.

“We’re very excited to have Randy join the Sasser Restoration- Central team,” said Charlie Lott, Sasser Restoration-Central’s Vice President. “With his expertise, passion for service, and understanding of our industry, Randy will be an invaluable asset in helping us bring buildings back to life for our clients.”

Whether clients have suffered water damage, storm damage, fire damage, mold damage or are in need of reconstruction, Randy and the rest of the team at Sasser Restoration are ready to respond within a moment’s notice.

“I enjoy getting to steer customers in the right direction and make a reconstruction process as easy as possible for them,” Bachick said. “For our customers, these large loss scenarios may happen once in their life, but I see this every day. So, I believe it’s my job to lend my expertise, take the burden off them, and make the process as smooth as possible.”
